  15.     Heatsoft Corporation.

  17.   - HFT IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF 
  18.     ANY KIND  IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE 
  19.     THIS SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN  RISK.  THE  AUTHOR  
  20.     WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS,  DAMAGES,  
  21.     LOSS  OF  PROFITS  OR ANY OTHER  KIND  OF  LOSS  
  22.     WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  41.     devices and cease to use the product.

  44. We try to keep our software as bug-free as possible. But 
  45. it's a general rule, that no software ever is ever error free,
  46. and the number of errors increases with the complexity of
  47. the  program.  That's why we cannot guarantee that this 
  48. software will  run  in every environment, on any Windows
  49. compatible machine,  together with any other application, 
  50. without producing errors. Any liability for damage of any
  51. sort  is  hereby  denied. Please test this program
  52. with non-critical data. We cannot guarantee the safety of
  53. your data. Especially other operating systems, except 
  54. Windows XP, can cause trouble. Any description  of  bugs
  55. will  be  accepted,  but we Cannot guarantee that we 
  56. will be able to correct them.
